CPT 20600 Athrocentesis, Aspiration on injection of small joint or Bursa (toes)

Do not use 20605 unless you are using the ankle for the injection

274.9 Gout unspecified

m1a.071 Chronic Gout Right Foot and Ankle

M1a.072 Chronic Gout Left Ankle and Foot

M10.071 Idiotpathic Gout Right Foot and Ankle
