How to bill Base Wedge Osteomy Bunionectomies

If you are billing proximal bunioneictomies with or without sesamoidectomy the correct CPT code to use is 28295. Now to bill this the bunionectomy must include the base of the bunionectomy, not just the neck.  In other words you do not bill Austin Bunionecotomies this way but can bill SCARF bunioneictomies this way.
